La señorita que atendió no tenía mucho conocimiento de sus productos, tenía que estar preguntando a cada rato al compañero de al lado y me atendieron a las carreras porque faltaban como 10 minutos para que cerraran la tienda. Pienso que el cliente tiene la prioridad y creo que podrían quedarse unos minutitos más a terminar de atender al cliente.
I requested a quote for some lamps and they never sent me to the mail or even called to confirm if my data was correct. The lady who attended did not have much knowledge of their products, I had to be asking the partner next to me every so often and they attended me to the races because it took about 10 minutes to close the store. I think the client has the priority and I think they could stay a few more minutes to finish serving the client.
