D	Diana Llamas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio!!!!! Llevé dos edredones y me los entregaron manchados de algún químico amarillo. Me dijeron que el señor Francisco iba a valorar las manchas y me llamaría, y jamás me hablo. Tuve que ir a la sucursal 4 veces y el señor nunca estaba, igual por teléfono nunca me contestaba. Hoy por fin me contesto y con la actitud más prepotente me gritoneo y no me dio ninguna solución, me dijo q me llevara los edredones manchados por q no se iba a hacer responsable. Terrible service!!!!! I brought two quilts and they gave me stained with some yellow chemical. They told me that Mr. Francisco was going to assess the stains and would call me, and he never spoke to me. I had to go to the branch 4 times and the man was never there, even on the phone he never answered me. Today at last he answered me and with the most arrogant attitude he yelled at me and gave me no solution, he told me to take the stained quilts because he was not going to be responsible.

Lleve una playera tipo polo y una chamarra para tintorería , la lavaron y pusieron en la secadora lo cual causó que se escogieran bastante. Al preguntarles qué solución ofrecían, las volvieron a lavar y a planchar.......increíble. Irresponsible with the clothes of their clients. I brought a polo shirt and a jacket to dry cleaners, they washed it and put it in the dryer which caused them to be picked quite a bit. When asked what solution they offered, they washed and ironed them again ... incredible.

Deje mi prenda a las 10:30am y no estuvo el mismo día, son las 6:30pm del día siguiente y aun no llega. No tienen capacidad de cumplir lo que prometen. They have same day delivery promotion if you leave before 12pm. I left my garment at 10:30 am and it was not there the same day, it is 6:30 pm the next day and it still does not arrive. They do not have the capacity to deliver what they promise.

They leave the clothes well, good attention, speed, the only bad thing is that they do not meet their established schedules: they always open later and always close earlier.

Todo bien, sin manchas ni dañado. Excelente servicio. It got me out of a great hurry, I took it before twelve, I thought they would not have my suit the next day and if they had it ready. All good, no stains or damaged. Excellent service.
