★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, pq vender productos en tiendas departamentales si no van a contestar el teléfono de garantías, un mes hablando y la tienda departamental tuvo que cambiarme sus audífonos. Un aplauso a la tienda que tiene que responder por su mediocridad típica mexicana. No vuelvo a comprar JBL en Mexico.
Terrible service, because I sell products in department stores if they are not going to answer the guarantee phone, a month of talking and the department store had to change their hearing aids. A round of applause to the store that has to answer for its typical Mexican mediocrity. I will not buy JBL in Mexico again.

Your warranty service number does not work. And in their manuals there are no emails or anything to be able to communicate with them. Since I have some jbl headphones that were defective and I can't validate my guarantee because they don't answer. what a lousy service
