Volveré a ir para que hagan un ajuste, quien te atiende en general es amable y te ayuda con las tallas, creo que podría mejorar si como jefe las motivas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención no está mal pero deja mucho que desear, según la compra del vestido incluía de lavado, tintorería y ajustes.me hicieron dar 3 vueltas ñ y al momento de entregar el vestido cómo llevaba prisa no lo chequé bien y hasta el día del evento vi que tenía una mancha en el interior y no lo ajustaron bien del largo arruinando todo el evento. Hay mejores opciones y más económicas ????
The attention is not bad but it leaves much to be desired, according to the purchase of the dress it included washing, dry cleaning and adjustments. They made me do 3 laps ñ and when I delivered the dress, how I was in a hurry, I did not check it well and until the day of the event I saw that it had a stain on the inside and it did not fit the length properly, ruining the whole event. There are better and cheaper options ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me sorprendió la gran cantidad de opciones que tienen en la tienda para distintas ocasiones: boda de noche, de día, en el campo, la playa.
Mi parte favorita es que ajustan las prendas ellos mismos y sin costo. Es un gran plus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima experiencia, entramos a la tienda y nadie nos quería atender, después de dar la vuelta preguntamos por un vestido en una talla 6. Nos comentaron que esa talla sólo tenían vestidos para señoras (asumiendo que alguien joven no puede tener esa talla) y que mejor nos esperáramos más cercano a nuestro evento para buscar vestidos… el PEOR servicio que he visto, aparte de todo la señorita mas grosera que me ha atendido
Terrible experience, we entered the store and nobody wanted to attend to us, after turning around we asked for a dress in a size 6. They told us that they only had dresses for women in that size (assuming that someone young cannot have that size) and that We better wait closer to our event to look for dresses... the WORST service I have ever seen, apart from all the rudest lady who has attended me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointing experience. I was trying to come in to buy a dress or two for my sisters wedding and the way they treated me was terrible. I arrived with my 10 month old son sleeping in his stroller. As I tried to go up the stairs myself, I was having a difficult time carrying it up the stairs. The store representatives just stood around and watched me struggle, nobody offered to help. Then as I made it up the stairs, out of breath, I was met by a rude lady who barely offered to help me find a dress. Needless to say I ended up leaving as quickly as I came. If you’re from abroad and appreciate good decent customer care, do not go here. Plus their dresses look tacky and cheap.
