V	VIVIANA A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nos hospedamos viernes el checkin es a las 3:00 pm y a las 5:00 pm ya no están las albercas del parque funcionando , fuera del hotel hay una pequeña alberca con agua fría , dentro del hotel no hay restaurantes, no hay room service, no hay Teléfono para solicitar servicio si algo no funciona, Realmente son habitaciones tipo cabaña el costo es muy alto para los servicios que ofrece. Las zonas del parque están en buen estado. We stayed Friday, the checkin is at 3:00 pm and at 5:00 pm the pools of the park are no longer working, outside the hotel there is a small pool with cold water, inside the hotel there are no restaurants, there is no room service, There is no telephone to request service if something does not work. They are really cabin-type rooms, the cost is very high for the services offered. The park areas are in good condition.

Gracias por los comentarios... estuvimos a nada de cometer un error. No veo en los comentarios que los dueños se defiendan sobre todos los malos comentarios que hacen sobre su pseudohotel que busca engañar a la gente solamente por lo que se ve. It's good that there are opinions of people who say the reality of these bungalows... that are advertised as a hotel... we were about to book a committee of 15 people for several nights. Thanks for the feedback...we were close to making a mistake. I don't see in the comments that the owners defend themselves against all the bad comments they make about their pseudo-hotel that seeks to deceive people only by what they see.
P	Paulina Lopez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ decepcionada del hotel, la habitación que me tocó con el sillón todo chueco, sin servicio de alimentos dentro del hotel, tienes que salir al balneario que sólo tiene una alberca con agua templada, las demás heladas, las albercas techadas si con agua caliente pero ni se puede llamar alberca, están pequeñas y se saturan de gente, la verdad no vuelvo a ir. El jacuzi del hotel en mantenimiento en la época de vacaciones. No hay servicio a la habitación, la tienda del balneario cierra a las 5, el restaurante igual entre semana y no hay nada cerca, San Miguel está a 20 min. No hay buena iluminación para llegar al hotel. Terrible price-quality ratio. Super neglected green areas. There is no room service, the spa shop closes at 5, the restaurant is the same on weekdays and there is nothing nearby, San Miguel is 20 minutes away. There is not good lighting to get to the hotel.

Es cierto que tienes entrada al balneario de 8:00 a 5:00 igual que todos, se supone que el hotel ofrece en su página de internet un jacuzzi y en el contrato que mandan por email dice que es una alberca. Pero ni es jacuzzi ni es alberca. Cuando visite el lugar dice espacio estaba en reparación y no me informaron y claro no pude cancelar la reservación. El lugar está apartado del centro alrededor no hay nada. Las tiendas del interior cierran a las 5:00 al igual que los restaurantes. La experiencia fue mala pues en la habitación no servía la caja fuerte, ni el frigo. Los precios son altos para lo que ofrece vean las fotos. El balneario no tiene vigilancia y la gente hace lo que quiere!!! In photo images it looks great but it is not reality. It is true that you have access to the spa from 8:00 to 5:00 like everyone else, the hotel is supposed to offer a jacuzzi on its website and in the contract that they send by email it says that it is a pool. But it is neither a jacuzzi nor a pool. When I visited the place, it says space was under repair and they did not inform me and of course I could not cancel the reservation. The place is secluded from the center around there is nothing. The shops inside close at 5:00 as do the restaurants. The experience was bad because the safe did not work in the room, nor the fridge. The prices are high for what it offers, see the photos. The spa has no surveillance and people do what they want!

When checking in the staff member walked us to our room and never explained ANYTHING to us. He didnt explain the park lay out, he did not explain the resteraunt options or tell us where anything was. The room was Very clean but had no phone, hair dryer or iron. It felt like a nice motel to be honest. The park was nice but the thermal spring pool was smaller than the advertising suggests. Wifi was in and out and did not work outside of the rooms. The water park is a great place for the price at about 6 bucka USD but skip the hotel and stay in town.
A	Ayako Maeda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overrated. We stayed one night at the end of January 2022. The amount of springs is a lot, but it is too cold to be called a hot spring. It is for sure of water springs from the ground, but it does not smell of sulfur. It's more like a heated pool than a hot spring I would say. The pool, restaurant, deli and spa are all closed at 5 pm. It's chilly in January, but there are only additional blankets in the room. Moreover, the temperature of the shower in the room is not hot enough. No phone signal in the premise. Wi-Fi is just ok, and there was a small fridge in the room. It was cold throughout the treatment at the spa as well. I had a 45 mins Royal jelly facial treatment and it was just ok.
