Aunque hubiera prefererido que me avisaran que ya entró en celo y que mejor operarla luego. A pesar de que la operación salió más complicada, la hicieron muy bien.
Hubo sangrado excesivo por ya estar en celo. Está bien. Se entiende. Pero el montón de sangre que escurrió al lado de la perrita no la limpiaron y la dejaron a secar. Luego ya seca intentaron a limpiar con agua oxigenada, que es efectivo, pero el pelaje negro se cambia de color al café. Y de todos modos no se limpio por completo. Limpiar la sangre fresca hubiera sido mucho más fácil.
Son los detalles pequeños. En realidad no tan importante y son fáciles para mejorar. Lo más importante es que mi perrita salió sana y saludable después de la operación.
Estoy feliz hubiera ido con Lili-Vet My Pet Care. Les recomiendo mucho!

There was excessive bleeding from already being in heat. It's okay. It is understood. But the pile of blood that drained next to the dog was not cleaned and left to dry. Then, when it was dry, they tried to clean it with hydrogen peroxide, which is effective, but the black coat changes color to brown. And anyway it was not completely cleaned. Cleaning the fresh blood would have been so much easier.
It's the small details. Not really that important and they are easy to improve. The most important thing is that my dog came out healthy and healthy after the operation.
I am happy I would have gone with Lili-Vet My Pet Care. I highly recommend them!

Tardo mucho ( aproximadamente 40 minutos) puedo entender que porque estaba en una consulta, pero después salio de ella y solo quería comprar un poco de alimento para mi gatito y se metió a dar otra consulta, sin siquiera atenderme!
Si solo se va a comprar ese tipo de cosas pues no es normal esperar tanto tiempo, y para ni siquiera ser atendidos!!

dieron de comer porque devolvieron casi toda la comida. Pedimos el baño de un perro específico y bañaron a otro. Iban a desparasitar a uno de los perros y no sabemos sí lo hicieron. Muy mal en general todo el servicio.

they fed because they returned almost all the food. We asked for a specific dog to bathe and they bathed another. They were going to deworm one of the dogs and we don't know if they did. Very bad in general all the service.

mascotas, dejé a mi perrita confiando
plenamente en la Dra Lily, conciente de
que la situación de mi perrita era
delicada.
Fueron muy amables hasta que llegó el
fln de semana.
El sábado llamé para ver cómo estaba
mi perrita, me contestó otra persona, y
me dijo que me había llamado para
avisarme que la perrita estaba muy mal
(nunca me llamó). Le pedí me
comunicara con la Dra. Lily, a lo cuál
me.dijo que ella no iba hasta el martes
y no había forma de localizarla.
Inmediate fui por mi perrita, me la dió
inconsciente, casi muerta, toda sucia
envuelta en un pañal.
Nunca se comunicaron conmigo, cero
atención y responsabilidad.Me quedan
muchas dudas de si hubo negligencia
hacia mi niña. Ella falleció una hora
después, aunque la llevé directo a un hospital veterinario.
