★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día de hoy vine a este lugar mi pareja se hiso un corte de cabello el cual fue excelente sin embargo el manicure fue de las experiencias más pobres y poco profesionales que eh tenido, la señorita hiso un trabajo espantoso, el esmalte estaba tan mal aplicado, abultado los lados de las uñas con residuos, me corto, las uñas disparejas un desastre, etc, la misma señorita que realizo el corte me hiso el pedicure el cual fue excelente un detallado super professional, ella fue testigo fiel del horror de trabajo que me habían echó, tanto que entró a decirle a la chica poco profesional que me lo retirará, y así sucedió, al momento de pagar la chica poco profesional me quería cobrar el manicure a lo cual me negué rotundamente, se puso a gritar como loca y super grosera, argumentando que yo no sabía que ella llevaba trabajando mucho tiempo que le preguntara a otra cliente presente, totalmente fuera de sí y gritando, a lo que no seguí respondiendo más. Mi pareja pago por sus servicios y salió. Cabe mencionar que soy una profesional en la industria del spa y cuidado personal eh recibido capacitaciónes por marcas líderes en el mercado como opi, cnd easie etc, conozco perfectamente un trabajo y aplicación de esmalte profesional y lo que yo tuve este día fue totalmente lo opuesto sin mencionar el detestable trato que nos dio esta persona.
Today I came to this place my partner had a haircut which was excellent, however the manicure was one of the poorest and most unprofessional experiences I have ever had, the lady did a terrible job, the nail polish was so poorly applied , bulging the sides of the nails with residue, I cut myself, the uneven nails are a disaster, etc, the same lady who made the cut gave me the pedicure which was excellent, a detailed super professional, she was a faithful witness of the horror of work that They had kicked me out, so much so that she came in to tell the unprofessional girl that she would take it back, and that's what happened, when I paid the unprofessional girl she wanted to charge me for the manicure, which I flatly refused, she started screaming like crazy and super rude, arguing that I didn't know that she had been working for a long time to ask another client present, totally out of her mind and screaming, to which I didn't answer anymore. My partner paid for his services and left. It is worth mentioning that I am a professional in the spa and personal care industry and have received training from leading brands in the market such as opi, cnd easie, etc. I know perfectly well how to work and apply professional nail polish and what I had this day was totally the opposite. Not to mention the detestable treatment this person gave us.
