★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend to stay away from this building, you’ll never get a good sleep because is attached to a bar/night club that plays live music until late hours of the night.
Horrible place to invest or stay!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The building is nice but I made the mistake of booking here for 1 month… There’s a bar called ‘Onyx’ directly next door that has live metal bands until 2am most nights.
On nights they don’t have live bands, they play extremely loud music until 2am.
The bass from their bar travels throughout the apartment building, making it impossible to sleep until 2am.
If I knew this (and if other residents knew this), I wouldn’t book here and I don’t think anyone else would.
I’ve had the worst sleep of my life since staying here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice complex but loud music everyday every evening and night! It’s a new apartment complex with good common facilities: rooftop swimming pool, gym, little sauna, security, cleaning and elevator. Our apartment is also good, tiny kitchen with basic kitchen stuff, big tv, enough closet space. The only hard thing is: around the complex are a lot of bars/ clubs with loud music in the evening and night (7 days a week). That makes good sleeping a big challenge and earplugs are necessary.

This beautiful cozy apartment is right on the strip. Bars, night clubs, restaurants, if that's your scene, this place will be paradise for you. There is a night club right next door that plays a combination of jazz, rhythm and blues, and reggae.
It is amazing, you can feel the bass thundering in your chest until 3am every single night. If you don't want to be around people or you want to have a party at your place you don't need to hire a dj or even play your own music.
Your bedroom sounds like it is right in the club.
This place is Party Paradise. Noise cancelling headphones recommended for those nights where you do not want to be up until 3AM.
