Their staff is missing a lot and when you call to notify them they only tell you that you will not be charged on the next invoice, they do not send someone for replacement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llame para que me dieran info y me piden teléfono y todos los datos les comenté que era servicio eventual y dicen que los servicios eventuales son los sábados y van a checar si hay personal . Que me mandaba info por correo osea llamo para pedir información y solo llene un formulario, no les molesta cuando quieres una respuesta clara y actúan como si fuera una solicitud de crédito!!!!!
Call for information and they ask me for a phone number and all the information. I told them that it was temporary service and they say that occasional services are on Saturdays and they will check if there are personnel. That he sent me info by mail, I mean, I call to ask for information and I just fill out a form, it doesn't bother them when you want a clear answer and they act as if it were a credit application !!!!!
