Excellent cuisine, all of very good flavor. Super recommended and due to the times of pandemic, they already have home delivery.

The place has been around for more than 20 years, which is difficult when it comes to a business in Toluca or Metepec. I got to know it for its traditional Jueves Pozolero (which also happens on Friday and Saturday from what I could see) and from there, it has become at least one of my favorite places to eat this traditional dish. The portions are very well served and accompanied by pork rinds, avocado, vegetables and a delicious potato taco. The service is a bit slow when it comes to paying, but everything is compensated by the quality of their pozoles, which also makes it clear to me that there is talent in the kitchen to venture out to try other options. And not to mention its flan with eggnog, the jewel in the crown. Office environment as it is the place where workers from the surrounding areas go. Highly recommended.
