★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely Amazing!! Communication leading up to our visit was great, they were very helpful with directions and very accommodating to our schedule needs. The menu to choose from is fantastic. Everything looked so amazing it was hard to not choose them all. We shared nice ice cool beer while cooking. We learned so much through the process with all of the tips and tricks they shared with us. The helper was an awesome guy! At the end of class we all sat and shared our beautiful meal on the upstairs patio during the sunset. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. It was like cooking at your best friends house.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last night, my wife and I enjoyed a terrific cooking class hosted by Miriam. We roasted all of the fresh ingredients, she explained the process of making fresh mole sauce, we made our own masa, pressed our tortillas.
She answered all of our questions about the food. She was very patient with us as we really didn't know what we were doing. This was the best part of our trip to Tulum. We highly recommend this for couples or family. My favorite was the tortilla soup. OMG AMAZING.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I went to Tulum for our honeymoon and this was our favorite activity! Miriam hosted us in their rooftop family kitchen and made us feel as if we were close friends who were over for a night of cooking and drinking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chefs Lina and Miriam are two sisters who have opened their custom built rooftop kitchen for private dinner classes based on traditional Mexican cooking. Both are friendly and very knowledgable, especially with anything to do with peppers and moles. The food was excellent, there was plenty to drink, and the company was inspiring. Bring an open mind and a willingness to learn and you will have a great evening! The whole evening was about 4.5 hours and proved to be a great option for a night out in Tulum. We would not hesitate to go back if given the opportunity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My fiancé and I came here in October 2019 and we couldn’t have been any happier with our experience with Lina! We learned how to make empanadas, flan and tortillas. A traditional salsa as well as a fish dish.
They poured us beer the entire time and our glasses were always full. We had a small class of 4 and we got to sit down and eat dinner with Lina and her brother at the end of the night and have some tequila! We also tried fried ants and they were surprisingly, tasty.
Lina even called us a cab back to our Airbnb at the end of the night. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for an authentic cooking class in Mexico.
