★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very misleading advertising. Complex is not even close to being done. Talked about fitness center that will be there someday. Don't waste your time on this place as it is over rated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean condo with brand new furniture. Comfortable beds. No furnace, bedrooms and bathrooms were very cold. No extra blankets. No beach chairs. No salt or pepper. Pool was freezing but beautiful. Some kids were brave and swam. The hot tub was also freezing. Good security. Friendly staff. Small convenience store on site. Close to the beach but not close enough for me. Close to town but not right in town. Load music Friday night. Not all of the condos were finished. Rental agency was off site. They said they would bring a heater but didn't.
