I LOVE IT
R	Rosa Castañeda Gallegos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta muy lindo el lugar, ya van 2 veces que nos hospedamos ahí decidimos hacerlo la segunda vez porque nos parecio agradable, pero en esta última ocasión todo mal la calle estaba en reconstrucción y el estacionamiento estaba en otro lugar, en recepción nos trajeron dando vueltas y no nos ayudaban para encontrar el estacionamiento lo único que queríamos era ya descansar de el largo camino. Hospedamos 2 habitaciones,como era temporada de covid baja casi no salimos a lugares y pasábamos más tiempo en la playa que ofrece el hotel, quisimos comer en una mesa y la movimos (claro la íbamos a devolver al lugar) y nos llegaron diciendo de una mala manera, también al principio nos dijeron que no podía entrar gente no estuviera hospedada ahí, pero en la mesa de aun lado ya tenían como 2 horas gente ajena y nunca les dijeron nada. El penúltimo día quisimos meternos un rato a la alberca estábamos tranquilos,llego el recepcionista y nos dijo que ya debíamos desalojar las habitaciones ( eran como las 6 o 7 PM) cuando las habitaciones se desalojan a las 12PM, dijo de una forma molesta que ya había otros inquilinos y que debíamos irnos,mis papas fueron a checar ya que ellos reservaron con mucha anticipación las noches después de comprobar volvimos a la alberca, llego de nuevo el guardia a decir que había una queja de que llevábamos mucho tiempo en la alberca que se había quejado ( no llevábamos ni 15min) fueron a hablar y el recepcionista dijo que debíamos sacar turno (eso nadie nos dijo y una familia antes de nosotros estuvo mucho tiempo) fue horrible como arruinaron nuestras vacaciones, solo necesitábamos relajarnos,llamaron a la encargada y ni si quiera supo que decir, les dijeron que checarans las cámaras y tampoco lo hicieron. Ya no volveremos ahí, la vista es linda pero el trato no lo fue a excepción de las chicas de limpieza que siempre fueron lindas con nosotros♡ The place is very nice, it's already been 2 times that we stayed there we decided to do it the second time because it seemed nice, but on this last occasion everything was wrong the street was under reconstruction and the parking lot was in another place, at reception they brought us around and they did not help us to find the parking lot, the only thing we wanted was to rest from the long road. We stayed in 2 rooms, as it was the low covid season, we almost did not go out to places and spent more time on the beach that the hotel offers, we wanted to eat at a table and we moved it (of course we were going to return it to the place) and they came to us saying of a bad way, also at first they told us that people who were not staying there could not enter, but at the table next to them they already had foreign people for about 2 hours and they never told them anything. The penultimate day we wanted to go to the pool for a while, we were calm, the receptionist arrived and told us that we should leave the rooms (it was around 6 or 7 PM) when the rooms are vacated at 12 PM, he said in an annoying way that already there were other tenants and that we should leave, my parents went to check since they booked well in advance the nights after checking we returned to the pool, the guard came again to say that there was a complaint that we had been in the pool for a long time that had complained (we hadn't been there for 15 minutes) they went to talk and the receptionist said that we should take an appointment (no one told us that and a family before us was there for a long time) it was horrible how they ruined our vacation, we just needed to relax, they called the manager and he didn't even know what to say, they were told to check the cameras and they didn't either. We won't go back there anymore, the view is nice but the treatment was not, except for the cleaning girls who were always nice to us♡
