good morning to all the friends and colleagues of shagaun city, they will agree with me in making a formal complaint, for the BAD SERVICE OF THE AUTO TRANSPORTATION LINE OF HIDALGO SA DE CV, AS ITS ATTENTION BOTH AT BOXES AS OPERATORS OF THE CHOFERES LINE THEY ARE OFFICES AND BAD FUNCTIONING OF THEIR BUS UNITS, BETWEEN THE SCHEDULES THAT GO FROM 15MIN TO 20 OR UP TO 40MIN VARIOUS WITHOUT KNOWING BECAUSE THEY TAKE A LOT AND SATURATE THEIR UNITS BY LEADING PEOPLE EXHIBITING THEM TO MAKE AN ACCIDENT MISSION DEAD, WE EXPECT THE (SCT) PUT ORDER AND VERIFY THE BUS LINE AS WELL AS THAT OF TEXCOCO FIRST PLUS AND GREEN, GIVE A BAD SERVICE, THANKS AND IT IS NOW TIME TO GIVE UP WE DESERVE A BETTER SERVICE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen servicio, con el inconveniente de que facturan solamente en sus oficinas y si es de otro estado es imposible facturar. Habría que revisar eso con el SAT para ver si no evaden impuestos al no querer facturar como lo marca la ley.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una de las peores lineas en la que he viajado. Para empezar las personas que atienden taquillas son de lo peor, te atieden de mal genio, se equivocan en los horarios, en los destinos. No tienen horarios fijos y ademas sus taeifas son altas.
