★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es demasiado rústico, pero un lugar cercano al centro para tomar autobús a Otumba, Cd. Sahagún, Tepeapulco, Apan, Tlaxco y Aapizaco, salen cada hora aproximadamente a la hora y 40 minutos hasta las 18 hrs.
 The place is too rustic, but a place close to the center to take a bus to Otumba, Cd. Sahagún, Tepeapulco, Apan, Tlaxco and Aapizaco, leave every hour at approximately one hour and 40 minutes until 6:00 p.m.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible el servicio, la gente no respeta la numeración de asientos y el chófer es el primer corrupto de todos; sobre vende los asientos y lleva un sobrecupo impresionante sube a cuan más vendedor ambulante poniendo en riesgo la seguridad de todos los pasajeros. Pague 3 asientos y tengo que llevar cargado a mi hijo porque vendió asientos de mas, y claro prepotente y grosero, como si fuese el dueño de la línea. Solo representan la falta de cultura y ética que poseen.
Horrible service, people do not respect the numbering of seats and the driver is the first corrupt of all; over sells the seats and carries an impressive overcrowding to how much more street vendor putting the safety of all passengers at risk. I paid for 3 seats and I have to carry my son loaded because he sold more seats, and of course arrogant and rude, as if he were the owner of the line. They only represent the lack of culture and ethics they possess.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es bueno, pero en la base de Alarcón me siento un poco insegura porque está muy descuidada, pero NO quiero que los muevan a otro lado, está super bien ubicada para ir a todos lados de CDMX
The service is good, but at the Alarcón base I feel a bit insecure because it is very neglected, but I DO NOT want to be moved to another side, it is super well located to go everywhere in CDMX

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Su servicio es deficiente porque son autobuses chatarra, sucios, no cierran bien las ventanillas, ni los respaldos a la mayoría. De un momento a otro se descomponen en plena carretera y ahí todos para abajo a esperar otro autobús. Los conductores hacen llamadas telefónicas o están mensajeando.
Muy mal servicio en general
Their service is deficient because they are junk buses, dirty, they don't close the windows well, nor do they close the backs for the majority. From one moment to another they break down in the middle of the road and there they all stop to wait for another bus. Drivers are making phone calls or texting.
