★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La terminan tiene un muy buen aspecto, la sala de espera es cómoda, lo único es que los camiones son algo incómodos, desconozco si todos sean así lo digo por que no cabía muy bien y no soy muy alto mido 1.75mts, aún que las personas son muy amables y durante el camino proyectan películas, también puedo destacar el buen manejo de parte del conductor y la rapidez del traslado

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta bien el lugar, aun así lo que a mi me importa mas no es tanto la comodidad del lugar sino el servicio de sus empleados, y como en toda critica que hago esta compañía se merece ser criticada mas por lo malo de su atención al cliente que por cosas buenas, no lo hago para molestar sino para que lo tomen como una crítica constructiva, pues muchas de las veces los operadores son mas serviciales que sus empleados de ventanilla o guardias de seguridad, pediría que tuvieran mas tacto al brindar un servicio y mas aun a regular precios que a mi parecer son excesivos.
The place is fine, but what matters most to me is not so much the comfort of the place but the service of its employees, and as in any criticism I make this company deserves to be criticized more for the bad of its customer service that for good things, I do not do it to bother but to take it as a constructive criticism, because many of the times the operators are more helpful than their window employees or security guards, I would ask that they have more tact when providing a service and even more to regulate prices that I think are excessive.

Aún que la atención en taquilla no es la mejor.
Cuenta con salidas cada 5 minutos a diferentes destinos.
Cuánta con tarifas accesibles para todos los bolsillos.
Los camiones bastante bien, medio limpios y con espacio.
La corrida hacia la terminal de buses Taxqueña no cuenta con viaje directo, lo que hace que te expongas a que pueda subir gente a robar por la cantidad de paradas que hace en el camino.
No me agrada que al equipaje no le ponen etiquetas para tener la seguridad de que nadie más tomará tus maletas.
Los choferes son amables y saben hacer su trabajo bastante bien.
Te llevan cómodo y seguro.
