★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, tardan demasiado en salir de Texcoco, van a vuelta de rueda y hacen base cada rato, los choferes hechan carreras cuando se encuentran en la ruta. Lástima que no haya otra opción para llegar a mi casa :(
Lousy service, they take too long to leave Texcoco, they go around the wheel and they base each time, the drivers make races when they are on the road. Too bad there is no other option to get to my house :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deficiente, tardan aproximadamente media hora para salir de Texcoco, por que hacen base en la Comex y después en el Crisol, los operadores no portan el uniforme de servicio público, algunos hasta en camiseta andan, cargan combustible con pasaje a bordo y son unos cafres, la mayoría.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es regular ni es bueno pero tampoco es malo; Comenzando con las unidades, algunas de las unidades se encuentran en mal estado y por consecuencia esto causaría problemas de la seguridad de los pasajeros, sin embargo, poco a poco estas unidades han sido cambiadas. Ahora con respecto a los horarios, la mayoría de los horarios son respetados aunque otros no y esto causa molestia para las personas.
The service is not good nor regular but it is not bad either; Starting with the units, some of the units are in poor condition and as a consequence this would cause passenger safety issues, however these units have gradually been changed. Now with regard to schedules, most schedules are respected but others are not and this causes annoyance for people.
