Linea Profesional RENT A CAR - Ajijic

We rented a car from Leti in December 2017 and it's now June 2018 and I'm online to make reservations for July. Great prices, no surprises, great service, nice people, good English, good car. Highly recommend!

Probably the best, well organized and honest Rent-A-Car place in lakeside. Lety is the owner, a very lovely woman. You'll get by only speaking English like most places in Ajijic. You may find cheaper fly by night rental agencies. I have rented from her for about seven months, all rentals added together. I have paid about $700/ month US. Lety favors smaller cars like a Nissan Versa. They fit in pretty well on lakeside"s narrow and rugged streets. Her cars have always been basic and reliable.

We were very satisfied with our car rental. Very friendly and helpful owner that speaks good English. She drove us to the airport after we returned the car. Will rent from her next time.

DO NOT GET A CAR AT THE AIRPORT, they give you false pricing! Take a bus to Ajijic and rent from these wonderful people. The car provided was clean and new, staff was extremely helpful - even agreed to meet us on a Sunday evening to return the vehicle AND offered to give us a ride back to Chapala. As for price, it was very competitive. They make you buy the additional insurances(they say its included in the rental cost) and trust me I tried every which way to only pay mandatory insurance, but even then it came out to be the same prices quoted around the airport after the airport rentals added in all the hidden charges. Definitely will rent from them again!

We were looking to rent a car very last minute on a Saturday for the next day, Sunday. After contacting/trying to contact many different car rental services in the Ajijic/Chapala area we were able to contact the owner who we could communicate with in excellent English and who was willing to open the shop especially for us on a Sunday! She called us on the Sunday morning to let us know she was at the office and ready for us to pick up the car. All the paperwork was very easy and reliable and she explained everything to us thouroughly, again in perfect English. We recieved our car, a brand new & very clean Nissan March with a full tank of gass, ran over the outside for scratches etc and were off. We were able to return it the next morning free of charge and we recieved our deposit back no problem. We were so happy with this excellent service especially since we were so last minute with our booking. We want to thank the owner for giving us such an amazing experience!

This was one of our best rent a car experience we have ever had. Nothing hidden no extra charges. Very professional in every way. The rental comes with full insurance and a price that is the best. The owner was there when we returned the car and was so helpful. From the very professional woman who rented us the car made this an experience that the whole car rental business could learn from.

Very happy with this car rental agency. We got a better deal than any of the big name 'American' companies we first visited. The service is bilingual and friendly. The car was practically new and way better than what was offered elsewhere. Will rent from them again!

It is so refreshing to rent a car from a company that does all the right things! Professional, courteous, fair, helpful, clear as to charges and dependable! The car was clean and well maintained! The charges were very competitive with other companies. When we had an issue they responded immediately and to our full satisfaction.
