Después de haber laborado para el gobierno municipal, el Lic. Jesús Alfonso López Castro queda desempleado, en la incanzable búsqueda de empleo y la falta de oportunidades, decide iniciar la empresa con las capacidades tecnológicas que ha adquirido desde su formación en informática. A los 13 años estudió en una escuela de computación logrando terminar una carrera de «Programador en sistemas de red». En ese momento se despertó su pasión por las computadoras.

La empresa incia con herramientas muy básicas y la renta de un local céntrico, brindando exclusivamente el servicio de mantenimiento, reparación y venta de equipo de cómputo. Con el paso del tiempo se han ido integrando colaboradores y nuevo catálogo de servicios, brindando servicios tecnológicos en el estado de Sonora.
