Bad experience with their customer service, I bought parts for a stepper motor from them, they say that the components have no warranty. So, better not to buy ANYTHING from them as they are not guaranteed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ los encontre por internet, pregunte acerca de su mecanica de entregas y es muy sencilla, te levantan tu pedido, escoges una hora de las disponibles para entregar tu pedido, agendan tu cita, y ya solo me presente al punto de entrega, pude pagar en efectivo a contra entrega, los repartidores llevan terminal aerea especial para pagos con TC. el repartidor se mostro amable y tiene por protocolo , realizar un check list de todo tu pedido para validar todo lo que pedi. tuve unas dudas en cuanto a mi proyecto de electronica, pero el repartidor aunque no sabe mucho de electronica, me compartio unos consejos sobre que componentes comprar para mi proyecto, me lleve una buena experiencia con el repartidor que me atendio, sin duda volvere, espero me toque el mismo joven que me entrego.
