If not the worst yes of the worst companies to work for... very low benefits there is no transportation, 5% of food vouchers per MONTH! (Example you earn as most of there 1300 a week is approximately $230 of vouchers per month) They "support" you with $120 worth of trucks a week. There is no savings fund. There is no opportunity for growth, it's a lie if they tell you in the interview. They tell you that in 6 months they will increase your salary by $500 per month and a year they will increase another $500, making you earn a little more than $6000 per month (BUT IT IS A LIE) I think they just say it to get people to stay. Bonus of punctuality and attendance of the lowest and caciques that there are. VERY BAD WORK ENVIRONMENT if you are an asshole and lick balls you will fit in very well. The bosses themselves get you into other people's problems. Instead of correcting those who are wrong, they reward them. They have a psychologist, very human by the way, it is the only good thing they have in the company. Mocking liquidations for 1 year and 3 months gave me $800 and a colleague for more than two years $1200. I do not recommend it to work, there are smaller companies that offer you better working conditions or large companies that reward you a lot for your daily effort.
