★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realice y pague mi pedido el 23 de septiembre. Llevo 3 días intentando que me contesten sobre el seguimiento de mi producto y solo me han ignorado. Pague 150 pesos mas para un envio mas rápido y resulta que con la guía que me dan me dicen que ni siquiera se ha mandado nada. Si tuvieron un error en el envío asumanlo y mantengn informados a sus clientes. No solo nos ignoren.
Place and pay for my order on September 23. I have been trying to answer me about my product for 3 days and they have only ignored me. I paid 150 pesos more for faster shipping and it turns out that with the guide they give me they tell me that nothing has even been sent. If you had an error in the shipment, assume it and keep your customers informed. Don't just ignore us.

El producto nunca llegó y ya no me contestan el teléfono ni los mensajes. Les marqué de otro numero y me dijeron que van a “investigar con la paquetería, que no es problema de ellos y ya se lavaron las manos... $1500 perdidos, es Pura estafa.
I bought a week ago and they sent me a fake guide to a rare parcel when you pay for fast shipping in fedex. The product never arrived and I no longer answer the phone or messages. I dialed them from another number and they told me that they are going to “investigate with the parcel, which is not their problem and they already washed their hands ... $ 1500 lost, it is pure scam.
