Pedimos una botella y como a la mitad nos dimos cuenta que al fondo de nuestros vasos había como un hongo café asqueroso flotando. Le dijimos al mesero que qué era eso y lo único que hizo fue cambiarnos los hielos y no volvió a regresar. Le dijimos a otros meseros, quienes solamente se desentendieron del asunto. Llamamos al gerente, quien creyó que ofrecernos unos shots (los cuales obviamente no aceptamos) quitaría nuestra molestia. ¿Qué tipo de atención al cliente es esta? Un lugar sucio, el cual que definitivamente NO RECOMIENDO. I had a VERY bad experience at this place! We asked for a bottle and about halfway through we realized that at the bottom of our glasses there was like a disgusting brown mushroom floating around. We told the waiter what that was and all he did was change the ice and he never came back. We told other servers, who just ignored the matter. We called the manager, who thought that offering us some shots (which we obviously did not accept) would take away our hassle. What kind of customer support is this? A dirty place, which I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Horrible. It is good not to charge cover or have minimal consumption, but the scam of the waiters is terrible, I asked for a “jug” (1L) and they brought me only one glass, but in the end if they charged me as a jug and I paid $ 250 for a glass . Horrible.

No es un Abolengo o Mantra para que se den el lujo de cobrar esa cantidad por un refresco! Lo que definitivamente hizo que nos fuéramos del lugar fue darnos cuenta que los vasos estaban asquerosos. Se formaban natas cafés en nuestras bebidas. A pesar de avisar al gerente de este problema solo quiso resolverlo dándonos shots (seguramente con más natas que por supuesto no aceptamos). Eviten ir a estos lugares que quieren ganar dinero a expensas de un mal servicio, mala calidad de sus baños y áreas, donde es posible fumar dentro del establecimiento y donde por supuesto los estándares de limpieza no se hacen presentes. They lie in their prices just to get you in. They charged us almost 500 pesos more for a bottle and it turns out that each extra soft drink cost 50 pesos. It is not a Abolengo or Mantra for you to have the luxury of charging that amount for a soft drink! What definitely made us leave the place was the realization that the glasses were disgusting. Brown creams formed in our drinks. Despite notifying the manager of this problem, he only wanted to solve it by giving us shots (surely with more creams, which of course we do not accept). Avoid going to these places that want to make money at the expense of poor service, poor quality of their bathrooms and areas, where it is possible to smoke inside the establishment and where of course the cleaning standards are not present.
E	Eva Mariana Garro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nos acercamos este lugar porque se veía con buen ambiente.. primero pedí una cerveza y no habia mas que de una marca.. después pedimos una botella con el respectivo servicio de hielos y refrescos y casi al final, descubrimos un tipo hongo hasta abajo de nuestras bebidas. Algo asqueroso color café oscuro flotaba en varios vasos. Llamamos al gerente y su única gran respuesta fue darnos un shot gratis de compensación, el cual obviamente no aceptamos por miedo a que tuviera también alguna basura.. No sabemos que pudimos haber consumido. Qué asco. Sus precios son engañosos, nos terminaron cobrando $500 más de lo acordado al inicio y nunca resolvieron lo de las bebidas.. Tampoco se respetan las señales de no fumar y nadie les dice nada.. pésimo. We approached this place because it looked like a good atmosphere ... first I asked for a beer and there was only one brand ... then we asked for a bottle with the respective ice and soft drink service and almost at the end, we discovered a mushroom type all the way down to our drinks. Something disgusting dark brown was floating in several glasses. We called the manager and his only great response was to give us a free compensation shot, which we obviously did not accept for fear that it also had some garbage. Y lo peor, fue cuando descubrimos que en varios de nuestros vasos(ya tenía bebida) había como basura/hongos súper asqueroso y le dijimos al mesero y no hizo nada y hasta que pedimos al gerente, lo único que nos dijo fue que nos invitaba unos shots para quedar bien. We called the waiter and he just apolgized.. so we decided to call the manager, and he only offered shots for us. We were disgraced and left, never would recommend to anyone this “club”. Also they charged us extra $200 pesos than what they told us at the beginning ..
