Y si, la encontré más barata y directamente con la marca KOV. Espero tomen cartas en el asunto. Ya que está persona menosprecia y hace quedar mal al negocio. Y si es el dueño o gerente el que respondió, entonces esa es la razón por la que no progresan.

And yes, I found it cheaper and directly with the KOV brand. I hope they take action on the matter. Since this person belittles and makes the business look bad. De cualquier manera te ofrecen buscar lo que no tienen y te mantienen informado. Me parece biena idea su tarjeta de puntos para generar lealtad. La falta de estacionamiento seguro les ha causado que algunos clientes potenciales no se detengan, lástima porque están bien ubicados, sobre una avenida principal.
They have excellent service and they strive to meet your needs, there is not much variety yet but you will find the basics. Either way they offer you to look for what they don't have and keep you informed. I think your points card is a good idea to generate loyalty. The lack of secure parking has caused some potential customers not to stop, too bad because they are well located, on a main avenue.
