 They lose their clothes, they do not admit their mistake and they are not responsible, apart from the fact that they charge expensively, one would expect them to deliver and pick up the clothes on time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vengo de otros servicios de lavado por malas experiencias (pérdidas de ropa, maltrato, rompen la ropa, queda tiesa) y he quedado encantado. Hacen recolección y entrega a domicilio, usan suavizante, tienen cuidado con prendas delicadas, me los recomendaron y ahora veo porqué.
I come from other washing services because of bad experiences (loss of clothing, mistreatment, break clothes, it is stiff) and I was delighted. They do collection and delivery at home, they use softener, they are careful with delicate clothes, they recommended them to me and now I see why.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actualización de mi otra reseña: jamás vuelvo a solicitar su servicio, ropa dañada, en otras 3 lavadas así seguro se rompe! Apestosa, residuos de jabón, logotipos de marcas desprendidos, no quitan manchas simples, no se hacen responsables de prendas pérdidas, y son impuntuales. Lamentable que solo el primer servicio sea de calidad para enganchar, y después les valga madres.
Update of my other review: I never request your service again, damaged clothes, in other 3 washes so it sure breaks! Stinky, soap scum, logos of detached marks, do not remove simple stains, are not responsible for lost garments, and are unpunctual. Unfortunate that only the first service is of quality to hook, and then they are worth mothers.
