★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un gym con buena diversidad de clases y buen equipo de pesas sin embargo esta sucio y mis pocas estrellas se deben además de la falta de ventilación a que yo voy a Croissfit y el área esta muy descuidada, equipo incompleto y el que hay esta en muy malas condiciones, barras oxidadas, pocos discos y rotos, Pelotas sin arena, KB despintadas, los tacos no tienen para colocar barra, no hay ligas para los escalados o estiramientos, muy desilusionada.
It is a gym with a good diversity of classes and good weight equipment, however, it is dirty and my few stars are due to the lack of ventilation to which I go to Croissfit and the area is very neglected, incomplete equipment and the one that is in very bad conditions, rusty bars, few discs and broken, balls without sand, KB unpainted, the tacos do not have to place bar, there are no leagues for escalations or stretches, very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Limpieza, buen trato de personal administrativo pero sus instructores son poco accesibles al nuevo cliente que requiere de asesoria, son cerrados a su grupo de clientes ya con un tiempo dentro del gym. Al parecer un cierto reazgo de discriminación a personas con capacidad diferente aunque la dueña es conciliadora y trata de no dar esa imagen.
Cleanliness, good treatment of administrative staff but their instructors are not very accessible to the new client who requires advice, they are closed to their group of clients with some time in the gym. Apparently a certain rejection of discrimination against people with different abilities, although the owner is conciliatory and tries not to give that image.

The staff and the coach are friendly and attentive, the gym is well equipped, the monthly payments are very accessible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un gimnasio con muy bien ambiente, y gran espacio. Podrían mejorar con los detalles de mantenimiento y cuidado con las máquinas, y con los entrenadores presten más atención por igual.
A gym with a great atmosphere, and great space. They could improve with the details of maintenance and care with the machines, and with the coaches pay more attention equally.
