★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aveces es muy lento el servicio y entregan pizzas frías como que se tiene que más o menos dar cuenta a qué hora salen y en el drive no tienen algunas pizzas y te hacen esperar ósea no es hot and ready

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, es totalmente entendible que el lugar se llene, tanto en la entrada principal como en el drive, el problema es el servicio brindado por los empleados. Especialmente de las personas que atienden el drive, muy grosera y vulgar la señorita que me atendió.
Es comprensible que se fastidien por atender a tantas personas, pero, eso no les da el derecho de ser groseros con los demás clientes, ya que también habemos clientes pacientes y comprensibles.
Solo poner más atención en el servicio de su personal, principalmente la manera de hablar.
Esto solo les genera una mala imagen y percepción a la clientela en general.

Terrible service, it is totally understandable that the place is full, both at the main entrance and in the drive, the problem is the service provided by the employees. Especially from the people who attend the drive, the lady who attended me was very rude and vulgar.
It is understandable that they get annoyed by serving so many people, but, that does not give them the right to be rude to other clients, since we also have patient and understandable clients.
Just pay more attention to the service of your staff, mainly the way of speaking.
This only generates a bad image and perception of the clientele in general.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te atienden del asco, te contestan horrible, te dan todo de mala gana, mal preparado, no quieren vender ciertos productos por ociosidad de prepararlos. NO VUELVO. Pero era de esperarse para esa colonia.
They treat you with disgust, they answer you horrible, they give you everything reluctantly, poorly prepared, they don't want to sell certain products due to laziness in preparing them. I DO NOT COME BACK. But it was to be expected for that colony.
