★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They had only one register open while line was outside to the street down the stairs. After taking my order. I asked for ETA and they said an hour. I had an emergency and had to cancel my order but they said "We don't cancel orders, once you've paid, you've paid" I ended up getting my money back when I asked to speak to someone who can reverse my order.
