Para los que se quejan de que muy lento, mala atención etc, los reto a que vayan a trabajar ahí, no durarían ni 5 minutos un fin de semana. Si tardan es porque hay pocos empleados, y como dijo un comentario anterior no se da abasto. Entre aplicación y la fila de gente no más no se puede. Sean empáticos, traten de ponerse en el lugar de los empleados y traten a los demás como les gustaría que los traten, o simplemente vayan a otro lugar. It's not for nothing, but seriously. Encargue combo de dos pizza y me mandan todo mal y cuando supuestamente me iban a cambiar el producto nunca volvieron a mi domicilio. Espero puedan mejorar eso! Por medio del app rappi.. y aun me sigue cobrando la tarifa Horrible... in terms of orders they have no experience at all. I ordered a combo of two pizzas and they sent me everything wrong and when they were supposed to change the product they never returned to my home. I hope they can improve that! Through the rappi app... and it still charges me the fee

No importa si tú orden está lista, te obligan a formarte y esperar a que salga el pedido de la persona anterior para poder entregarte y cierran la puerta para atenderte desde la ventana, lo cual dificulta poder preguntar si tú orden está lista. Cómo cliente o repartidor, muy mala opción Whether buying or picking up an order, the waiting time is too long. It doesn't matter if your order is ready, they force you to line up and wait for the previous person's order to come out in order to deliver it to you and they close the door to serve you from the window, which makes it difficult to ask if your order is ready.
