★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al principio era una pizzaria que estaba al tanto de la calidad y el servicio ... Eso la caracterizaba... Aparte del precio ... Lamentablemente hoy en día han dejado de lado algunas de estas características están concentrados en el volumen q venden e incluso llegas a encontrar el mostrador vacío, la fila de gente esperando por mas de 13 minutos a q t tome pedido... Los chicos q atienden... No sé si por las horas q tiene ya trabajando pero te atienden de malas ya fastidiados .. la cadena debería contratar gente q este familiarizada con el trato de clientes ... En fin poco a poco se a transformado en una cadena en la que la calidad y el servicio se va dejando en el camino .
Total mentira q abran a las 10:30 .. son las 11:30 y sigue cerrado.
El servicio cada vez es peor

En cuanto al personal, quien atiende normalmente siempre es amable, lo que no me agrada es que a los encargados aún les falta un poco de liderazgo en cuanto a sus colaboradores pues les llaman la atención frente a los clientes y a veces son algo enérgicos, pues quien es un buen líder, sabe que hay que aclamar en público y corregir en privado.
En general establecimiento está bien diseñado y me agrada poder comer allí.

As for the staff, who normally attends is always friendly, what I do not like is that the managers still lack a bit of leadership in terms of their collaborators because they draw attention in front of the clients and sometimes they are somewhat energetic, because who is a good leader, knows that it is necessary to acclaim in public and correct in private.
Overall establishment is well designed and I like being able to eat there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todo bien, a excepción que permiten el uso del comedor y a pesar de tener un aforo máximo no logran controlar cuando vienen varias personas juntas. El servicio en el auto es lento, en momentos es mejor formarse para entrar en el local ya que es más rápido el servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las pizzas están riquísimas, el servicio es normal, a veces te atienden super rápido y otras te hacen esperar pero lo recomiendo ampliamente ya que tienen buenos precios para un alimento muy rico, hasta el momento no he tenido ningún problema ni con la comida ni con el servicio y me encanta que puedo pagar con tarjeta sin la comisión extra.
The pizzas are delicious, the service is normal, sometimes they serve you super fast and others they make you wait but I highly recommend it since they have good prices for a very tasty food, so far I have not had any problem with the food or with the service and I love that I can pay by card without the extra commission.

La ventaja de el local es que tiene servicio de ventanilla para autos y dentro del local tienen baños y si hace mucho calor adentro está fresco y agradable.
