 Excessively slow! It entertains the delivery people and the customers on site a lot, the cashier takes a long time to come out to take the orders!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio si es un poco calmado ,mi recomendación sería que contrataran más gente para el proceso de fabricación de pizza más mesas, más hornos etc.
If the service is a bit calm, my recommendation would be to hire more people for the pizza manufacturing process, more tables, more ovens, etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estaba lleno el file de el Drive Thru o Sevicio de Ventanilla. Tardo poco más de lo normal. Pedi las Hot N Ready y me dieron una mitad pepperoni y queso. Aun asi estubo rica la Pizza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todo perfecto, en cuanto a drive tru o pedido en ventanilla normalmente hay mucho tiempo en espera, no cuentan con todo el menú disponible a la hora de elegir pero encuanto a cálidas bien, recomiendo el lugar
Everything is perfect, as for drive tru or order at the window there is usually a long wait, they do not have the entire menu available when choosing but as for warm food, I recommend the place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No tienen pizzas Hot-N-Ready, cuentan con solo 2 personas (cocinero y cajera), solo dan atención al cliente (solo seguir las instrucciones dadas y no se sale del protocolo), no servicio al cliente (saber dar respuestas, creatividad y saber romper protocolos para beneficio de ambas partes).
They do not have Hot-N-Ready pizzas, they only have 2 people (cook and cashier), they only provide customer service (just follow the instructions given and do not go beyond protocol), no customer service (knowing how to give answers, creativity and knowing how to break protocols for the benefit of both parties).

They gave me a pizza without pepperoni and they didn't want to change it and the manager didn't want to talk to me
