★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La calidad de los departamentos dejan mucho que desear y el proceso de las garantías es horriblemente lento e ineficiente, dejando los trabajos a medio terminar por semanas, si es que terminan de arreglarlo y usan materiales de pobre calidad.
Dia que llueve dia que se filtra el agua al interior de los departamentos, tanto en las paredes como por las ventanas.
La administracion no da informacion de ingresos/egresos.
The quality of the apartments leaves much to be desired and the warranty process is horribly slow and inefficient, leaving jobs half finished for weeks if they finish fixing it and using poor quality materials.
The day it rains, the day the water seeps into the apartments, both on the walls and through the windows.
The administration does not give information on income / expenses.
