They never pick us up for our tour. When when I call they told me that the bus was in route already and couldn't come back. That they got the hotels mix up and they waited for us in a different hotel.

Overpaid x3 what the tour was worth. The person who sold me the tour told me I would be charged a different amount than I was charged on the card. Tour was different than promised. Kids on board even though it was supposed to be adult only. Weak drinks. Rushed snorkeling. Rushed Isla Mujeres. Not worth the money and the lies...

Excellent service, the driver was very punctual and professional, the guide was very funny. We went to Holbox and we had an amazing time there, we are thinking about going to Cozumel with them again next year we come back. I would definitely use Live Caribe’s services again. Thank you so much you guys!

EXCELLENT SERVICE, we took two different tours and both were unbelievable. The guide Suzanna was AWESOME and really knew her history on Tulum and the Mayan culture and Funny…. OMG. Our tour bus had gotten a flat tire during route, Suzanna and the driver were super professional, they got out without saying a word fixed the flat within record time (and heat) got back in the van once again without a word and continued on, never complaining once. You wouldn’t have even known we got a flat tire unless you were really paying attention. What an unbelievable team. The second tour was to Halbox, with that same driver (Suzanna’s husband I figured out from matching tattoos) from tour one. He really was just super nice to everyone once again. I most definitely will be booking all our travels though this company when in Mexico visiting my in-laws.

We took 3 different tours,every time the driver was punctual. Had an amazing time! I definitely recommend, you won’t be disappointed.
