Con mi familia rentamos una "Sprinter" para 14 personas y nos mandaron una totalmente diferente, porque "surgió un problema" con la que nos mostraron, unas horas antes de la partida. Nos mandaron una camioneta para 12 personas y 2 apretadas con el operador; dijeron que la canastilla para el equipaje traía malla y lona, mandaron una lona que no cubría ni la mitad del equipaje, y para variar lloviendo.
Contrario a otros lugares, nadie de la agencia se presentó a entregar el vehículo, solo el pobre operador.
Aguas con que les hagan pagar y firmar contrato sin el modelo y placas del vehículo que les van a dar.
Terrible service.
With my family we rented a "Sprinter" for 14 people and they sent us a totally different one, because "a problem arose" with the one they showed us, a few hours before departure.
