No le doy 5 estrellas unicamente porque les hacen falta costales de boxeo y clases de alguna arte marcial. Excellent gym, good equipment, friendly staff. It is very well equipped and there are excellent classes. I don't give it 5 stars just because they lack boxing bags and some martial art classes.

A	Alejandro Flores on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevo ya un año de asistir, y aquí está mi opinión: en verdad me gusta este lugar, y quisiera poder darle las 5 estrellas pero creo que aún le faltan puntos para ser el gimnasio ideal. Lo bueno: Personal muy amable, especialmente las chicas de recepción y la nueva instructora. Instalaciones modernas, usualmente limpias, con aparatos que reciben mantenimiento constante. Todos los servicios desde baños con regaderas, lockers (para rentar) y sauna, hasta máquinas expendedoras y venta de productos, nutriólogo, y clases por separado. Buena ventilación e iluminación. Lo malo: El mantenimiento de los baños es deficiente (al menos en el caso de los hombres), constantemente los lavamanos están averiados, se quedan sin agua y sin servicio de regaderas (y sin avisar, simplemente ponen letreros de que no funcionan de un momento a otro y tardan días en reestablecerlos), y a pesar de que los limpian, hay un olor fétido permanente tanto en las regaderas como en el sauna. Los instructores tienden a prestar atención únicamente a las chavas y/o a sus amigos, bien pueden ver a alguien haciendo mal un ejercicio y no dicen nada, más ayuda recibes de otros socios. Afortunadamente hay una instructora femenina nueva que sí ayuda a todos por igual. Poco espacio de estacionamiento. Por fortuna, puedes aprovechar el estacionamiento del Aurrerá que está detrás y los cuidadores no tienen problema con ello. Los precios no son muy elevados, pero tampoco es barato, y por el punto que mencioné del mantenimiento, debería notarse más la inversión en ese campo. Seguiré siendo cliente, pues de la zona, me parece el más conveniente a mis necesidades, pero espero que mejoren los puntos de atención. A	Ashlyn Acuario on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los de recepción muy apaticos, (al igual que un cabello chino que barre que parece que trabaja a wevo) si no eres de sus cuates no te responden el saludo al ingresar ni al salir del gimnasio y los instructores nomas detrás de las chavas (La misma mala practica de todos los gimnasios). The very apathetic receptionists, (like a Chinese hair that sweeps that seems to work at wevo) if you are not one of their friends, they do not respond to the greeting when entering or leaving the gym and the instructors just behind the girls (La same bad practice of all gyms).

Buena vibra! El lugar no está muy lleno durante la mañana o tarde. Buena ventilación y vista de la ciudad - tres pisos. El gimnasio cuenta con cuarto de vapor y las regaderas funcionan bien, el cual es uno de los problemas que he encontrado en otros gimnasios del área anteriormente. Pero sobre todo, el equipo es muy nuevo y bien cuidado incluyendo las caminadoras. Asegúrense de traer su toalla y candado por si necesitan dejar sus cosas en el locker. La zona de pesas ofrece bastante espacio y el resto del equipo está en excelente condición. El único problema que encontré fue que las pesas se encontraban todas revueltas todo el tiempo pero pues creo que ese es un problema común en cada gimnasio. En general, un muy buen lugar para entrenar y ejercitarse y la locación ni se diga. Muy recomendable! The staff is very attentive and willing to answer questions and assist with exercise routines and help with form. The patrons seemed pretty decent, too. The gym is not too crowded during the morning hours or afternoons. Good ventilation and a great view from the city! They have a steam room and the showers work pretty good (good water pressure) unlike other gyms in the area I have been before. Be sure to bring your own towel and padlock if you need to store your belongings in the locker room. The weights room downstairs offers a lot of open space and the equipment is in excellent condition. The only problem I encountered on a regular basis is that half of the dumbbells were all over the place but I guess that is a problem you commonly see at any gym. Overall, a great place to work out and a prime location. Highly recommended! Very complete and clean. The staff is very friendly and willing to help with questions and exercise routines. Asimismo, los baños estan suvios y descuidados, al igual que las áreas comunes. Adicionalmente, no hay seguridad, ya que hace algunos días robaron una bicicleta y los dueños no dieron la cara para confrontar el hecho. Definitivamente un lugar que poco vale la pena.
