★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was able to see someone right away at 9am on a Thursday. The staff was super nice and attentive. Treated me right on the spot and I was able to fill in my prescription at their pharmacy next door (both accepted credit card). They also provided an official diagnostic letter to share with my insurance company as I had to postpone my flight. I strongly recommand this clinic if you're a tourist in Puerto Morelos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I only wish I had such quick, competent, and compassionate care back home in the US! Excellent bedside manner. It was 500mxn (abt $24) for the visit, treatment, and written prescriptions. The medicine itself is an added cost. 24-hour service and they speak great English and take CARDS! Amazing! Thanks do much!!

We even went into the wrong door and the staff pointed us to the correct one ?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t know if the COVID testing “lab” is part of this Doctors clinic but the evil woman who did my Covid test pushed that thing so violently up my nose she made it bleed! After I’m sat there crying she then did it again!!! Surely it’s far up there enough if she’s drawing blood! Try putting people on a testing lab who are actually capable of testing properly. Never go there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Covid test was good and friendly. Unfortunately they did not email my results like they said they would so I had to go back and ask for them. But after I did that, they sent them right away. Probably just busy in a pandemmy. Friendly staff both times.
Covid test swabbed both nostrils appropriately and the throat. Excellent English by all staff. The guy who said I was positive was pretty cute.
