Quizás no haya empezado con buen pie con esta empresa, pero han sabido escuchar mis quejas y han sabido mejorar el servicio y el equipo técnico. Pese al servicio técnico (cosa que han mejorado :D) quiero mencionar que si estoy contento con el servicio de Internet que he contratado. Me han contestado por WhatsApp y por llamadas. Gracias por escuchar a los clientes ?
I may not have gotten off to a good start with this company, but they have listened to my complaints and have improved the service and technical team. Despite the technical service (which has been improved: D) I want to mention that I am happy with the Internet service that I have hired. They have answered me by WhatsApp and by calls. Pésimo servicio, no envían la factura y si no pagas te cortan el servicio, para evitar eso se tiene que pagar, después es un trabajo sacarles la factura.
Terrible service, they don't send the bill and if you don't pay they cut off your service, to avoid that you have to pay, then it's a job to get the bill.

Los de WhatsApp contestan cuando quieren, pero en cuanto al técnico excelente y el internet muy bueno.

Esta dlv,primero que nada son casi 600 pesos por 15 mb,lo segundo que se cae el servicio o no funciona correctamente,tercera que el soporte se tarda un montón en responder,esta dlv

A nosotros nos fue bien con el servicio de Internet, mientras lo tuvimos durante mas de 2 años.... El único pero, fue qué dejamos de recibír la referencia de pago por correo y teniamos qué solicitarla cada mes, pero fuera de ello, todo bien... Siempre tuvimos internet...

Do not waste your money here... They used permission from the government to start their company (owned by Miguel Angel Gonzalez Dobarganes), by using the public lines in 2014. But for me, it feels like they do not want to serve their customers but make some easy money. Therefore, I say it again: do not waste your money, period...

Service is terrible with live Telecom in San Miguel de Allende GTO. The system is unstable and drops connection constantly. HD streaming near impossible even on their overpriced "Premium" package. Customer y technical service is among the worst I've see in Mexico. Your lucky if they even answer your call and when they do they seem to have a cookie cutter response . " Please disconnect your router and we will update your firmware to the newer version. I've had 3 firware updates this week LMAO." I'm still waiting on a technician, they told me he would arrive sometime last year and have yet to hear from them. This company is a unprofessional joke. Save yourselfythe frustration and avoid using their unstable,overpriced Internet service. Company throttles your connection and blocks ip addresses of high traffic obligating you to use a VPN to hide your traffic from live telecom. Also no technical help on weekends so if your service fails tough luck.

We had service with this company for over 2 years. At first we had to contract them because they were the only service available in our area. We always paid 6 months to a year in advance. For almost 2 years they didn't have an online payment system so we would have to go to the local office to pay our bill. Just recently they added online payments to their website. When I received my invoice, I promptly went to the website and paid my bill using my BBVA debit card. The website thanked me for my payment with no confirmation number or email confirmation and 3 days later they cut off my Internet for failure to pay my bill. I promptly contacted them and sent proof of payment from my bank that my bill had been paid and the money had been paid by the bank. The billing department insisted that they had not received the payment and refused to reconnect my internet. They blamed the bank and indicated that they had not been paid so they could not credit my account or reconnect my internet. We contacted the bank which confirmed they had paid the transaction. We sent the proof of payment from the bank as well as a copy of our bank statement to show that the transaction had not been returned. They still refused to reconnect my internet and basically told me that since they could not locate the transaction the payment didn't exist. Good thing that we recently connected fiber optic service with Telmex so we didn't need the service so we are disconnecting service. Horrendous customer service. Nobody seemed to care or want to resolve my problem. At one point they refused to read my WhatsApp messages and just ignored me. I was using their service for my security system and didn't need it and they didn't seem to care that they are loosing a loyal customer over 900 pesos, when I was getting ready to pay $12,000 pesos in advance again because I didn't want the inconvenience of paying month to month. Stay away at all cost this is a fraudulent company! I am in the process of filing a complaint with profeco and a possible criminal complaint for fraud. It probably won't go anywhere but it's the PRINCIPLE! They refuse to provide service when I paid for service and provided all the proof that the bank paid the transaction!
