★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pronta respuesta del área de servicio a clientes. La conexión a Internet es buena para navegar sin problemas en el hogar. Ojalá pronto tengan cobertura en la zona norte de Toluca.
Prompt response from the customer service area. Internet connection is good for smooth browsing at home. Hopefully soon they will have coverage in the north of Toluca.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es bastante caro para la velocidad y servicio que ofrecen. El equipo de soporte si anda de humor te contesta, de lo contrario te ignoran. Mi número de contrato es 1386.
The service is quite expensive for the speed and service they offer. If the support team is in a mood they will answer you, otherwise they will ignore you. My contract number is 1386.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La señal y la velocidad del internet es pésima, el internet se va a cada rato y algo tan simple como prender el microondas afecta la señal hasta tal punto que se va hasta que dejes de usar el microondas.
The signal and the speed of the internet is terrible, the internet goes away all the time and something as simple as turning on the microwave affects the signal to such an extent that it goes away until you stop using the microwave.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El soporte técnico en Toluca es de lo peor, llamas y no te contestan, te piden que les mandes pruebas de speedtest y nunca te contestan los mensajes. Te dejan a la deriva y con horario de servicio que para ser una empresa de telecomunicaciones no es 24/7 es penoso.
The technical support in Toluca is the worst, you call and they don't answer you, they ask you to send them speedtest tests and they never answer your messages. They leave you adrift and with service hours that to be a telecommunications company is not 24/7 it is painful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antes decía que su servicio de red no era malo, pero ahora sí es, así como su soporte técnico y sistema de cobros, yo tengo según el mejor paquete y funciona pésimo (En las fotos están la expectativa y la realidad)
I used to say that their network service was not bad, but now it is, as well as their technical support and collection system, I have the best package and it works terrible (In the photos are the expectation and the reality)
