★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to this mall for a family trip. Almost everything was closed and I couldn’t talk to most employees because they don’t speak English. Liverpool should consider to hire bilingual people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have called about 10+ times, and I have yet to talk to the credit department. Yes, I speak Spanish with a very good native accent, my mom is from here, but I'm from Texas. Yes, I'm just American. Idc. Anywho, Mexican people, and I've confirmed it, are the laziest, and most pretentious and complacent people I have known so far...by experience. No I will not get the hint, I will not stop calling. No, I don't care about being a pain in the arse. No, I don't care about the connections Liverool has if I annoy them.
Puros chaqueteros. Parece que hasta las dos manos tienen ocupados, y por eso no me pueden SIMPLEMENTE contestar la mentada llamada, y transferir mi llamada a la área al departamento de crédito. Que el Altisimo, los perdone, y los libre.
