From Bad to Worse, now as a means of transport you cannot be inside the installations...they seem to have an agreement with the Tultitlan traffic rats, there is nowhere to park outside and the authority dials $1000 per vehicle in a prohibited place...THEFT! in collusion with LiVERPOOL administration
