★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went with my stroller and had to go up to the first flour but doors where closed went to the 2nd flour and doors where closed. Lady that came to the door said to go back down using the stairs. I disapproved and told her if she could let someone know to open the door for us in the 1st floor she said maybe. Not good customer service.
