★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terribly store for tourist. I stood around for 20 minutes while the staff looked at me and never approached me to offer assistance.
The selection is poor and the prices are high.
There are better stores in P.V.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Convenient to the cruise terminals and the hotel zone, this location has superior customer service and gives a feel of somewhere between Macys and Nordstroms in terms of product and merchandising. Sales people are attentive and helpful. Product choice has a full range from affordable to brands such as Polo.
Across the parking lot from Walmart, this is worth a visit for better quality product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a beautiful store. It is clean and spacious, with products nicely displayed. Very much like a US Macy's, with prices to match. In fact, the prices, in some cases, are even higher for equivalent goods than in the states. The selection is also good, although inconsistent. You will find home goods, clothes, jewelry, appliances, and electronics. You can usually get help if you need it, although mostly in Spanish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only retail store with everything under one roof in Puerto Vallarta across the street from the cruise ship terminal .
Slightly overpriced stuff but it's considered a little higher end shopping experience in México but compared to what you may be used to back home , Macys and Harrods it is not . You will get better quality good than the average store though .
