Excellent totally youthful atmosphere. It has everything that every foreign student needs study areas, a spectacular roof garden with an incredible view and where I can invite my colleagues and friends, meet in a safe place. We have it all!!!

Shame about facilities. Students left to their own devices without supervisors or tutors to regulate their behavior. Parties, screaming at night almost every night, clearly there are no responsible administrative and security personnel in charge to regulate their behavior. Very good project, but very bad administration, supervision and control of the students. They do not respect, nor promote respect for their environment, or for their neighbors, since more than university residences they seem hostels and clubs and students left to their own devices.

Yes, the place is nice if you are prepared to live a "camping", the idea is very nice but there is no fan or air conditioning, and in these times we are at 30oC I had to open the window and throw the mattress aside and they ate me mosquitoes daily since there is no mosquito net, 2 days without hot water and then 2 days without a drop of water, without even notifying us. Endless parties all night long with lots of noise.

Facilities that from the outside seem to be all very well, when in reality, the buildings are falling down. We once had a waterfall in a tower. (There is video) The water system is terrible, 2 years and every day there are problems in it. They keep us like a kindergarten, we can only invite one person to sleep, and only 3 nights a month. An internet, which any cyber would surpass. Very small bedrooms. One of the worst things is that if you are in an apartment in the sun, forget about being able to be there during the day. If you open the windows and the curtains, the sun will even enter to illuminate your soul and burn bad thoughts. If you close them you will probably die cooked. Therefore, my parents pay for an apartment that I cannot be in. They say they want to make you feel at home, but actually they treat you like a hotel. You cannot paste anything on the walls, sometimes you want to decorate, but it is a violation of the regulations. The rules often change in favor of the administration. The price for such a small apartment (which you cannot be in) is extremely high (and keeps rising). If you enter here be very careful, there are thefts, and they have no idea who they allow to stay. I had a neighbor, who for almost 4 months I wanted them to run and there was no lack of reasons. That person was very bad, he smoked or I have no idea what he got into, but he harassed and attacked many of my colleagues. He assaulted my roommate, and he assaulted me. I was really crazy or maybe I had some mental illness, but I slept in fear that he would come into my apartment. Anyway, horrible place ...

It's 2:30 in the morning and I can't sleep, the neighbors are scandalous from Monday to Sunday and all day, the receptionists are never aware of that, the group of notices only serves to ask for rides and cigarettes, people who live here are aggressive.

Beautiful place for students, with gym, living area with laundry area as well as 24 hour security. The residences have all the comforts to live there. The area is really very beautiful.
