Fui a reclamar y duraron más de un mes para decirme que en esa tienda No hay devolución de $ que tenia que elegir algo más del precio. Cuando fui a ver el cambio La Gerente me pidió me pusiera gel a pesar que le comenté que ya había pasado el filtro de la plaza; debo destacar que yo ocupo un gel especial por una extrema sensibilidad de mis manos bastante visible al tener mis manos rojas... La Gerente se en capricho y me trato MUY mal JAMÁS me vio a los ojos cuando le explique y di mi opinión, la verdad agarre lo primero q vi para el cambio, una tienda mal organizada pues pedí me dieran opciones. La peor experiencia y francamente mientras siga dicha Gerente, Jamás volveré!!! además sus vestidos tienen una pésima calidad el vestido del cambio ya con hilos colgando y sin una garantía ya que fueron muy claras en decir que si la prenda por alguna razón tenia un detalle ya no habría cambio, ni nada así que ojo. Si compras en esa tienda a parte de no hacerse responsables con una devolución te atienden de la patada. Yo de plano no vuelvo en liverpool u otras tiendas te atienden mejor, más calidad. No compres vestidos de una puesta por su calidad pésima y un trato de la Gerente pésimo saludos

The Manager was on a whim and treated me VERY badly, he NEVER saw my eyes when I explained and gave my opinion, I really grabbed the first thing I saw for the change, a poorly organized store because I asked for options. The worst experience and frankly as long as this Manager continues, I will never return !!! In addition, their dresses have a terrible quality, the change dress already with hanging threads and without a guarantee since they were very clear in saying that if the garment for some reason had a detail there would be no change, nor anything so be careful. If you buy in that store apart from not being responsible with a return they take care of the kick. I flatly do not return to liverpool or other stores serve you better, more quality. Do not buy dresses of a wear for its terrible quality and a terrible treatment from the Manager greetings
