★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si no te queda el vestido mejor ni lo compres, porque primero te dicen que lo pueden ajustar, y ya cuando pagaste la mitad y aparte el envío, te vienen a decir que no se puede ajustar y ya no se preocupan por ayudarte a buscar otra opción ni devolverte tu dinero.
Mal, porque no son vestidos baratos. (era para una prima)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ha bajado mucho la calidad y diseño de los vestidos pero buscandole bien puedes encontrar algo bonito, lo que si esta pésimo es la atencion a los clientes, te gritan de un extremo a otro de la tienda frente a todos, hasta asustan!! Deberían enseñarle al personal que estan para ayudar y servir al cliente y hablarles con el respeto que se merecen, no para avergonzarlos. No se que se sienten las señoritas que te atienden, son muy altaneras y payasas. Que decepción, hoy perdieron dos clientes...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy decepcionada. Mande mi vestido a arreglar con la costurera de su sucursal y no solamente arruinó la forma sino que prácticamente destruyó el interior!! Me cobraron más de 500$ en “ajustarlo” una semana y media antes de mi evento y me lo entregaron destruido. Es imposible que alguien pueda entrar en el vestido que me entregaron, qué clase de profesionalismo tratan de vender? Por cierto, muy mal trato de la última vendedora que me vio más pequeña de lo que en realidad soy.
Very disappointed. I sent my dress to be fixed with the seamstress of her branch and not only ruined the form but practically destroyed the interior !! They charged me more than $ 500 to "adjust" it a week and a half before my event and it was delivered destroyed.
