Terrible service, they do not deliver on time and they are blamed by the salesperson, the assistant manager and those in the warehouse. If one is not calling them, they may be without giving any reason for the material.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor tienda que existe, la vendedora se equivocó y nos vendió una pieza equivocada, cuando fuimos a intentar cambiarla a la vuelta de ahí, el encargado de la bodega 506, Sr. Martín Ramírez nos sale con que no procede el cambio porque supuestamente “estaba rayada”. Después de soportar sus groserías y pésimo servicio, no nos queda de otra que volver a comprar la pieza correcta. Cuando vamos a recogerla con el mismo individuo, nos damos cuenta que la pieza que nos entrega también “está rayada” se la regresamos 4 veces hasta que nos trajo una correcta, ahí nos dimos cuenta que la primera pieza que no quiso recibir seguramente venía rayada desde la entrega.
The worst store that exists, the saleswoman made a mistake and sold us a wrong piece, when we went to try to change it on the way back from there, the manager of the warehouse 506, Mr. Martín Ramírez, tells us that the change does not proceed because supposedly “ it was scratched ”. After enduring their rudeness and lousy service, we have no choice but to buy the right part again. When we go to pick it up with the same individual, we realize that the piece that he gives us is also “scratched”, we return it 4 times until he brought us a correct one, there we realized that the first piece that he did not want to receive was surely scratched from delivery.
