Tardan MUCHÍSIMO para surtirme un bote de 1lt. o 4lts.de sellador, y cualquier producto para acabados.
Es el colmo que una tienda de ese nivel no tengan artículos de reserva en sus enormes tienda. Para surtir de inmediato.
Esperar de 15 ó 25 dias para un pedido pequeño. HORRIBLE, ESPANTOSA tienda.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buena atención y excelente servicio, acudí un domingo a su sucursal de división del norte y esquina repúblicas pero no tuvieron lo que yo deseaba, así que lo busqué por internet y encontré su sucursal de pedregal, y todo fue por teléfono así que llamé me enviaron la imagen del mural que quería lo contraté, fui pague y a los tres días pude pasar por el (es un producto por pedido), era muy pequeño por eso no cubría el envió pero no tuve que ir dos veces más a división del norte.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen servicio para recoger en tienda pero llegas a esta y dicen que no es entrega inmediata que se tiene que hacer el pedido y tiempo después la entrega, cosa que no está estipulada en su página al momento de hacer la solicitud.
