★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se encuentran productos mejores en Internet o los mismos con mejores precios. Están atrasados en implementar la venta en línea y la ventaja de poder interactuar con una persona se pierde por la poca o nula capacitación que tienen. Sin embargo el trato es bueno y se agradece el esfuerzo.
Los tiempos de entrega son largos, ofrecen la opción de recoger en bodega para abreviar tiempo pero eso también necesita mejorarse.
You can find better products on the Internet or the same ones with better prices. They are behind in implementing online sales and the advantage of being able to interact with a person is lost because of the little or no training they have. However, the treatment is good and the effort is appreciated.
Delivery times are long, they offer the option of picking up in the warehouse to shorten time but that also needs to be improved.
