★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, el lunes 11 de abril 2022 fui a montar unas llantas nuevas y alinear y balancear. Se tardaron más de 2 horas en hacer solo el cambio de llantas y el balanceo. El día 13 de abril salimos de viaje percatándonos que al llegar a 100 km/ hora empezaba a vibrar mi vehículo, tuvimos que llegar a un taller de alineación y balanceo a San Juan de Los Lagos por que era la primera población donde podíamos revisarla. Gran sorpresa me lleve al darnos cuenta que al desmontar las llantas por que no era normal la vibración, nos encontramos unos trapos ( anexo foto) que nada tendrían que estar haciendo dentro de la llanta, además de que las demás llantas estaban mal balanceadas. Pusieron en riesgo nuestra seguridad además de hacernos perder tiempo en nuestro viaje. De verdad por favor NO ACUDAN A LLANTAS BAJÍO HILARIO MEDINA, no pongan se pongan en riesgo ni pierdan su valioso tiempo y dinero….
Terrible service, on Monday April 11, 2022 I went to mount some new tires and align and balance. It took over 2 hours just to do the tire change and rocking. On April 13 we left on a trip realizing that when we reached 100 km/hour my vehicle began to vibrate, we had to go to an alignment and balancing workshop in San Juan de Los Lagos because it was the first town where we could check it. I was very surprised when we realized that when disassembling the tires because the vibration was not normal, we found some rags (photo attached) that should not have been doing anything inside the tire, in addition to the fact that the other tires were poorly balanced. They put our safety at risk in addition to making us lose time on our trip. Really please DO NOT GO TO TIRE BAJÍO HILARIO MEDINA, do not put yourself at risk or waste your valuable time and money….
