★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deberian tener una mejor atencion al cliente. Tienen buenos precios pero no saben tratar a sus clientes muy mala actitud del tecnico que me toco cambiara mis llantas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es la primera vez que voy a comprar llantas y al entrar a los comentarios me desanime,pero al ver la contestación del dueño me terminó quitando las ganas,tristemente piensa que como no pagarás mucho el trato está relacionado y nada fuera de la realidad, la atención y la calidez es parte de buena educación y valores y hasta en el tíanguis como él dice te tratan bien,si así es el dueño que se puede esperar del establecimiento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No los recomiendo, pedí una marca y un modelo de llanta se tardaron y me trajeron la marca pero no el modelo que decía, hable con el encargado y que era un error ya que en el sistema decía un modelo y físicamente era otro, hablo al almacén y solo habia 2 de las que queria pero ya con otro precio, ya estando ahi no me quedo otra que probar ese otro modelo por que aun caía dentro de mi presupuesto, pero me arrepentí, la llanta me salió muy mala.
- No respetan las normas por Covid nadie usa cubrebocas.
- Se tardan mucho en traer las llantas.
- Las montan de mala Gana y con pésima actitud.
- Hay que checar por que hasta los birlos no los aprietan.
En resumen Busquen otro lugar y ahórrense malos ratos.
I do not recommend them, I asked for a brand and a model of rim they took a while and they brought me the brand but not the model it said, talk to the manager and that it was an error since in the system it said a model and physically it was another, I speak to the Warehouse and there were only 2 of the ones I wanted but with another price, already being there I had no choice but to try that other model because it still fell within my budget, but I regretted it, the tire turned out very bad.
- They do not respect the rules because of Covid, nobody wears face masks.
- They take a long time to bring the tires.
- They ride them badly and with a terrible attitude.
- You have to check why even the studs do not tighten them.
In summary Find another place and save yourself a bad time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Mala presentación de su personal. No respetan protocolos de covid, fuman dentro de la instalación. Tardan años en traer las llantas y todavía te hacen el trabajo de mala gana. Si no está uno ahí revisando que lo hagan bien, son capaces de no inflarlas. No lo recomiendo.

Fui aproximadamente hace 1 mes compré mis llantas con ustedes ya estaban cerrando cuando aún no montaban mis llantas y uno de sus instaladores estaba fumando cerca de la máquina con la que inflan las llantas. Les voy a subir la foto de la nota de compra para que dejen de estar de mentirosos. REPITO, NO LOS RECOMIENDO.
Terrible service. Poor presentation of your staff. They do not respect covid protocols, they smoke inside the facility. The tires take years to bring in and they still grudgingly do the job for you. If you are not there checking that they do it well, they are capable of not inflating them. I do not recommend it.

I went about 1 month ago I bought my tires with you, they were already closing when they still did not mount my tires and one of their installers was smoking near the machine with which they inflate the tires. I'm going to upload the photo of the purchase note so that they stop being liars. I REPEAT, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio. Hablé y me cotizaron, cuando llegué me querían dar otro precio, y resulta que no las tenían y se tardaron 1 hora o más en que llegaran a la llantera. Los instaladores, con muy mala presentación y hacen el trabajo de muy mala gana. No regreso, ni por el "buen precio". Parece más un cementerio de llantas que una llantera formal.
Very bad service. I spoke and they quoted me, when I arrived they wanted to give me another price, and it turns out that they did not have them and it took 1 hour or more for them to arrive at the tire shop. The installers, very poorly presented and do the job very reluctantly. I will not return, not even for the "good price". It looks more like a tire graveyard than a formal tire shop.
